The Ponds of Bayberry South Service Corporation (PBSSC) provides lawn maintenance and basic fertilization services as part of your monthly assessment. The companies that provide these services (Ruppert Landscaping and Elements) offer additional treatments that can help further promote and maintain a healthy lawn. These services are purely optional and are provided at an extra cost. Because many homeowners take advantage of these services, The PBSSC was able to negotiate special rates with our service providers.
